In an era of COVID-19, ongoing Indigenous sovereignty movements, Black Lives Matter and climate change - the world is more confusing now than ever.
With challenge comes change and to be better we must pause, unlearn and relearn to be able to imagine a new future together where everyone's voices and perspectives matter. I have helped hundreds of individuals, groups and organizations understand and develop a meaningful culture of equity, diversity and inclusion specific to their needs.
I can help your organization with program design, assessment, evaluation, coaching, facilitation, story telling and speaking. I have developed trainings and professional development opportunities on a range of primary to tertiary level topics including power and privilege, race, allyship, immigration, gender, colonization, decolonization/anti-colonialism, culture and developing an equity, diversity and inclusion framework rooted in justice.

Working with communities around the world, I have had the opportunity to see first hand the impact that access to education has on empowering communities and facilitating sustainable, community led social change.
From working with communities in Cerro Del Cuatro in Mexico to evaluate the impact of a makerspace in the local community, supporting public health education campaigns in Pakistan and co-creating access programs for youth in Canada I am deeply committed to the work of education and access in all it's different forms.
