As a former international student and later immigrant to Canada this topic is one that is close to my heart. My lived experiences coupled with my breadth of experience working in international education has shaped my nuanced understanding of the complexities of unpacking the local-global.

Cultural diversity is strength and it presents new opportunities and challenges. How do we as individuals, organizations, groups and communities examine the local and the global?
