Mindfulness, Wellness and Spirituality
Growing up in South Asia - the home of many indigenous healing practices from yoga and Sufism to ayurvedic healing - working with others to learn and reflect on the connections between mind, body and spirit have been central to my identity. Working with breath, energy systems and the spirit to support holistic wellbeing and mindfulness are key to my practice.
As a CANFITPRO certified fitness instructor, I hold specialized trainings in the following areas:

These training are coupled with my deep commitment and knowledge of the foundations and principles of mindfulness. From running mindfulness sessions to support team well being, leading groups through guided meditations to designing workshops on mindfulness, spirituality and knowledge production - I can work with you and your team to support mindfulness, wellbeing and spirituality rooted in healing, justice and indigeneity.
